Ordered a birthday cake today in the Ettayapuram road branch. We were told it'll be delivered at 6.00 pm and Rs.150/- will be the delivery charges. Around 7.00 pm when no cake in sight, we asked "what happened?", they informed nobody available to deliver & we have come and take the cake. Then we said " Cancel the cake". Immediately the response was it'll be delivered in 10 minutes. So far no cake has come. Terrible service! Never order for occasions!
