BKC gym is now moved to this location. This was a much needed upgrade for this gym. Gym is top class with all necessary equipments. Cardio, Weight lifting and Crossfit is available. This is my gym for 2 years haven't changed because trainers are awesome friendly and teach, respect. Very affordable plans and Personal trainings available. Best for beginners they have another branch on the way to yercaud road which is for Hardcore weightlifters. Gym is always clean and well maintained.

I was on 131 kgs when I stepped into the BKC Fitness Studio in 2020 December. Now I am on 97kgs. Masters including Boopathi, Ram, Lakshman and a few others, very professional and they have helped a lot to reduce 34 kgs. During lockdown period, they also had taken online classes everyday. According to me, BKC Fitness Studio is my second home.
A perfect place for functional fitness in salem. Literally they've all the equipments that you usually don't find in most gyms. Trainers are well educated, and help you a lot. One of the fee gyms in town that has karla kattai. Spacious.

Worst one,not enough space,congested environment,it's like a small poultry farm.not worth the money.visit it manually before contacting for paying for it

Step in, if you are a fitness freak. Female trainer over here does a fabulous job. Facalties are friendly and supportive. Greatest benefit is having a best female trainer.
Gym is very good to do workout, and also have good atmosphere. The trainer also gave training in good manner. What we expect before joining the gym? Now all those expectations were fulfilled.
