Good place and beautiful,light,tasty Biriyani. Loved the proportion of rice and mutton/chicken. Service was quite slow, they almost immediately delivered biriyani but took more than 40mins just to prepare a starter item. I'd suggest ordering in and enjoying food at home.
Great taste... authentic food ... the portions are large ... the only observation is that the ratio of rice is more and the meat is comparatively a bit less.... I would be more happy if they could reduce a little quantity of rice and maybe increase the quantity of meat in the biryani portion...
Really impressed with their biriyani's taste and quantity... Lovely aromatic rice with right amount of spices in it..Got to experience the perfect pink meat of rewaji quality... They have a huge list of chinese items as well.. Worth trying... Plz do maintain the quality guys...
Absolutely stunning food quality, ambience, and staffs for a new restaurant. Staffs are well behaved. Place is clean. And the main attraction, BIRYANI (I have ordered mutton biryani, full plate) is one of the best in the town both in terms of aroma and taste. Spices are uniformly mixed across the rice. Totally worth the price. Will try to visit this place again soon.

Liked the special mutton biryani, chicken chaap is ok in taste, had a lot of flavour of poppy. May be some people like the overpowering taste of posto but not for my palate in chaap.

*Tested a very bland biriyani after a long time.*
Searching biriyani in Chandannagar for a weekend lunch,i came across this new restaurant I saw all the google maps reviews as it's new here, finding 5 stars and 4+ rating overall,so i went for a try .
Coming to the food it was so bland,filled with oil and no smell of ghee,no taste of spice as such had a very monotonous flavour. i really don't know if i was unlucky,i was the first customer for the day as they brought the handi while i was waiting after the payment.
I can see raita and egg in the reviews but none of that was present in my parcel.
Note : (there would be a short height non-bengali guy packing the biriyani kindly keep it in observation if they are packing everything, i saw them bringing white eggs and raita,even noticed while they were packing,but after coming back home i found the egg and raita missing in my parcel).
Verdict: I don't think paying 180 rs for this was worth it,i didn't taste their chicken but they all had in a single handi so all would taste same.
I had to throw away the lower portion of the biriyani box as it was too oily and had no aroma of ghee at all (kheye ga golacchilo).
Conclusion: This was my personal experience and i wanted to share so that people would not just go for the good reviews, everyone is free to try and may have a different ,good experience all together but I had a really bad one today and spoiled my weekend.There are better biriyani providers in and around Chandannagar and Mankundu at a better pricing kindly consider them if it's not about giving a trial.
The attached picture is the quantity i had to throw as it was not edible as it had a bad taste of just oil mixed in rice.

Place is good. You can get chicken egg biriyani here Rs-150/- only. But You have wait here because there are limited seat. Services are good and quick. I really enjoyed the place. This place is easy accessible. Near to popular Jotir mor Jagadhatri mandir. There is a parking problem. You have to park your bike or car on road.
