Awesome blend of spices, mouth melting mutton with pure ghee preparation made my Mutton Biryani taste awesome. Best part was that my parents, who don't eat anything else than home-cooked food ... not only ate the dishes but enjoyed as it's home cooked.
As a serious biryani lover, I ordered succulent chicken Hyderabadi biryani from the famous Birinj biryani. The taste of biryani was good along that is made of dum-pukht style with caramelized onions over it that enhances the taste. Vegetable Raita was also good. However the packaging is pathetic as like roadside stalls with very less quantity at this price range. No branding of Birinj at any place. Must improve the packaging.
This new outlet sells Amazing food. I fell in love with their butter chicken and biryani. I will anyday rate them the best in the tricity. The aromas and the taste will leave you without words. Mark my words, this new establishment could be a gamechanger in Chandigarh. I tried tandoori chicken , mutton biryani as my first order. The food was so well cooked, flavoursome and I could enjoy the richness in taste in every bite. I was searching for a one stop place for all my food desires and I think I got one. I am totally amazed by the response from initial point of preparing food to delivering food. Trust me they have the finest of biryani anyone could ask for. Seekh kebab was utterly delicious ,soft and tender, Never say no to dessert, Kheer was mouthwatering too with delicious ingredients and hint of kesar. Timely delivered. Highly recommend.

So here is my review. i haven ordered Hyderabad chicken biryani Taste - taste is something which is main difference. nice taste I liked it Cooking- chicken wasn't cooked fully. rice - rice quality is not top quality but it is average. quality - is also average as compared to the price. overall a good biryani to have once in while for different taste.
