It was a very nice experience. Stayed there for two nights. I took 3 rooms for my family. The rooms are quite good. The bathroom and the room are very clean. The reception managers and hotel staff are good and well behaved. Provided very good service overall.
Great experience staying at Bibhuti Inn. Manager and staffs are so well behaved. I stayed there for 2 nights in non AC room. Room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained as well. I was very surprised that they sent auto for free pick up at station and remained connected with us via what's app. It was a very pleasant experience staying there . This is not a paid review, I wrote what I experienced. Highly recommended to others who are going to visit ghatsila.
As per my experience overall it was good. The rooms are not as big as they look in the photos but it was clean and well maintained. Everyone was well behaved and polite, overall it was a comfortable stay.

It was almost a pleasant stay at bibhuti Inn. The rooms are good, staffs are polite and well behaved,service is good and timely. Only issue I faced was having a power cut for few hours at night, so the AC didn't work,only the fan and one light was working with inverter support. But once informed, the hotel management immediately refunded some amount and apologised for the inconvenience, which shows their integrity and professionalism. Also, they arranged the auto for our tour and sent to Ghatshila station to pick us up from station to hotel, which made our tour hassle free. Overall I would recommend everyone this hotel for Ghatshila stay. Team Bibhuti in - Keep up the good service .
Visited just couple of days before. Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality of all Staff were remarkable. The propitor stayed connected with me on WhatsApp all the time since booking and arranged pick up from station. The driver too was good. Overall pleasent experience.
Good hotel, 10 min. drive from station, clean rooms, pretty big washrooms. Excellent service & friendly staff need a special mention. Food is not available, but can be ordered from nearby eateries & the hotel provides plates, bowls spoons etc. However, wardrobe/storage may be provided in room for better experience & one more star in rating.
