Edit: for your(hotel management) kind information we were 2 people staying there, we paid more than 1800 from mmt booking. so please use correct information before using. Reducing 1 star now for this poor attitude to accept. review: felt this place was very pricey, room was clumsy, as compared to my other stays in Guwahati. everything looks so old, needs maintenance. Door was very stuffy to close. bedsheet were so old that it was looking like cotton net. we felt problem of mosquitos at night. it's not that nearer to police bazaar. very dull breakfast they provide.. bread, egg, banana. better check for other place. only good part was the guy who was at the property was very polite.
A neat guest house located in Lower Lachumiere. Not many rooms, but the rooms are well maintained and absolutely clean. The service is good and the employees are courteous. It has limited parking space but easily accessible by vehicles. The location is such that many important locations in the city are in walking distance.
The rooms were quite warm and clean. It was a nice place to stay. Although, the other guests who came to the homestay were too loud. It's not the fault of the homestay, though.
Didn't like this place at all. Rooms were too small, they charged extra 300rupees for 3rd person in the room although there was no place for an extra cost for 3rs person. The caretaker there is very arrogant, he even warned us for cooking maggi in kitchen. Literally there was no view, located in a crowded area. Opening the windows you will find only windows of other houses. I have been to several homestays all over India...but i had a bad experience in Bi and Ti
Experience was quite awesome. Room caretaker behaviour was very polite and humble.Ambience is good and room was very clean..worth visiting the place and quite safe also.
Room was good for budget travelling. Cleaning utensils after cooking is little bit of botheration. Pressure cooker is required to be taken care of. Rest is good.
Stayed here for 2 nights, excellent place for stay, which is very near to all Meghalaya state government office buildings and next to TMC ( Trinamool Congress - Mamata Banerjee ) party office building . Walkable distance to city center and shopping area. well maintained. Only thing is to care taker should be known eight Hindi or English Language. Care takers are not helped us of luggage shifting to Car while coming and vacating room. Break fast also provided as per our request, very minimal chargeable kitchen usage. Car parking is also available with in building premises. All grocery shops, restaurants are very near within 100 mtr distance. Owner Mirlang is reachable for any clarifications, though he is busy bee in other business etc.
I and my other two friends had a very good experience staying at this homestay. Safe for girls who travel without any male company. The caretaker was very helpful. And the owner is very polite too. Keep up the good work
