This NGO is 0 at responding the volunteers and are being very rude. Hope they understand that their organization is at Tamil Nadu and volunteers would be conversing in Tamil.

One of the largest independent youth volunteered, Non- profit organisation pan India with main motive to provide a sustainable growth and empowerment for underprivileged students by providing educational support and conducting various activities like Bhumi India Run(BIN) promoting fitness and to raise funds for the educational programme for un-privileged children.

Bhumi's recruiting team don't even know how to treat an applicant right way, then how can they do service to people?? Your selection process is great, but at-least review the candidates tasks & application before calling for F2F interview. Also try to be polite with the applicants. How can you do service without knowing how to treat people in a right way? Getting rejected in an interview is not an issue. But the way interviewers treating an applicant hurts. Isn't a military Job or training i guess.. and you are all once a applicant don't forget it.. Thanks..!

The motto of this NGO is nice but few ppl (trainer) are not executing in a proper way. The way they organize is not proper. 1.No proper updates is communicated to team. 2. No proper time management for call scheduling. Please make sure the ppl who lead must have a service motto.

Nice place to work. (I did one month internship in Bhumi) but when it comes to employment recruitment, it's worst. After application they take around 2 months to call for an interview, after interview it'll take the same time to get an updation.

Volunteer driven non profit organisation. Excellent place for volunteers to work and evolve. Lot many volunteer engagement activities happens. Best place for interns to explore work opportunities. Nearest landmark: Near Alandur RTO (or) 2-3 minutes walkable distance from Alandur metro parking.

One of the best NGO in India. Doing great things. Do well. Volunteering experience is awesome. If possible do volunteering in free times with Bhumi.
