Such a pity to see a good hospital like Bhatia becoming like a BMC office. Extremely rude security staff Ms.Karande and Mr.Khanvilkar untrained in any basic etiquette. And the main counter equally unhelpful and expert in passing the buck to the security supervisor Batra.Had a horrible experience dealing with them and shot my blood pressure unnecessarily. Even after clear instructions on the phone by the patient s wife to let me come up they would Not heed and behaved like they are Border Security Forces. The doctor was in the room so the patients wife also couldnt come down but the arrogant nonchalant attitude of the security staff makes one feel sorry as it's the first impression one gets when one enters a premise. About the workings the less said the better. They should just rename it as BMC hospital, that would paint a correct picture.

Located on Main Road; All staffs are cooprative and Friendly. Very Costly. We have treatment Under Doctor Mr.Uday Ander.For This Doctor * Star is Unlimited.

I recently had an excellent experience at Bhatia Hospital. The staff was highly professional, caring, and attentive to my needs. Of course the team is good , but they only care about money.. advance payments and money keep it pouring is the case here. Check their bills closely they put charges like anything

Not quite satisfied with the level of service this time. Food doesn't come in time. Needles are left around. Room cleaning is an issue. But, Reception and Security staff is helpful

Had to admit my dad Becoz of diabetes and they jus did nothing for it and starting giving reasons for things which were not concerned where we were needed to be admitted for jus 2 days they made us stay for 8 days and on top of that after discharge worst management services Had no option left for my dad's dressings needed so had to come bhagis Becoz of doc and they made us wait for minimum 2 hrs for jus one dressing every now and then they jus make reasons to make u wait and then charge extra for nothing Doctors don't even touch patients and charge 2000-5000 for jus standing still there One dressing on wound cost me 2500-4000 Worst services worst behaviours and totally non worthy Over priced over charged

My mother at present is admitted R.No.507 and the care given by the team of nurses and the cleanliness maintained by the support staff is unparalleled. The doctors esp. JUGAL GADA, RAHUL SHAH AND MALAV MODI are so very caring, listen patiently to the patient and are so very encouraging with the sole intent to help the patient in quick recovery. We as a family are truly thankful to each one of the nurses, support staff, front office staff and the Doctors at Bhatia Hospital.

I've been using Bhatia hospital services for the last 40 years and I've not been disappointed till date. Each and every one have been super helpful, considerate and loving towards my relatives. Really appreciate all the help
