Dr Nameeta Bhalerao is quite a genuine and trustworthy Fertility specialist who always gives a fair and Frank opinion of the case after properly analysing the case and sonography ! She also gives natural trying a valid preference whenever possible. She gives time during consultations and takes interest in explaining to patients regarding course of action. Dr Namita ma'am is very professional in her work. She is very polite, and understanding. The best part about her is that she gives ample time to each of her patients. She listens carefully to everything we say and patiently deals with it. I am personally very scared of taking injections, but the way ma'am handled me in that case talks volume about the comfort and care towards her patients. Horrible experience. Person with UTI was kept waiting for 2 hrs in the lobby. We called specifically and asked for an appointment. They said come to the clinic. It's done in 15 mins. We are waited one and a half hour. When our turn came, the staff said someone needs to show reports for 2 mins. Took another hour. Staff doesn't respond nicely. Doctor maybe good but the Clinic definitely is not
