Best Western Plus Chandigarh Mohali - Hotel in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - S.a.s Nagar, India

I stayed for 2 nights while on business related travel. It's a very good relatively new property. Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything that a professional traveler would need. 2 litres of complementary bottled water is nowadays rare! Food is very good. Hospitality is very nice. To note is that there is a lot of construction around the hotel hence stepping out of the hotel is all dusty.

Rooms were clean and well equipped with almost every service that makes your stay comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and promptly helpful at the same time. Good stay overall, value for money

Best western was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room which I was given was luxurious and super clean. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide range of delectable dishes and impeccable service by Permlata and Suresh THANKS will be visiting soon.

The food was amazing, the hotel overall competes with JW Marriott's interior. It is expensive, but sure worth it. The pool table (which costs Rs499/hr) in the dining area, swimming pool outside the dining area to the corridors. everything is perfect. the staff the food the setting. We ate on the 7th floor which is the rooftop and it was a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. loved it

I recently hosted a birthday party at Best Western Plus, and their banquet halls in Mohali are unbeatable. It made the celebration truly memorable. They serve delicious meals. The staff is extremely friendly and polite.

Upcoming location with ongoing construction in the area. The property is new, clean and staff is helpful, polite and accommodating. Rooftop pool, gym and spa are well maintained. I would have preferred the rooms to be larger but everything else exceeded expectations. Will book again.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm hospitality and exceptional service that I received from the staff. The hotel's location was also fantastic, easy access to many of the area's workplace. Whether I was exploring the local area or just relaxing in my room, I always felt comfortable and well taken care of. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to vegetarian cuisine. As a vegetarian myself, I am often disappointed by the lack of options available when traveling. However, this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that I had plenty of delicious vegetarian dishes to choose from. I was truly impressed by the quality and variety of the food that was offered, and I really appreciated the thought and care that went into crafting each meal. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. For family stay, this hotel isn't recommended at all. Only room service and staff at restaurant are polite. But the lady on reception who was on duty on 2nd Oct was rude, also their parking staff crashed our car and when we asked their manager Rahul about it, he was rude in his behaviour and didn't even bothered to find out who did it from his team and didn't even apologised. They should have checked camera recording to find out who crashed our car. Worst hotel, it's not a five star hotel. Please do not go with your family to this hotel.
