Ladakh view Guesthouse makes you feel right at home! Willy organized us a week bike trip through Ladakh with good recommendations. His wive is the sweetest person who will make you tea and fresh ladakhi bread! You definitely shouldn't miss her cooking, it's amazing! The rooms are modern and clean with hot water. The guesthouse is in the old part of the town, a few walking minutes up the stairs from the main market. From the terrace you have a great view over Leh. We would definitely recommend to stay with them when in Leh! Thank you, Luisa and Andrea :)

Beware of scam these people do. Anu Arif con's people. Beware while dealing with anything, make sure u ask evry detail and keep some sort of proof.

The hosts were welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. There was hot water and heater facility which is what was needed in the month of November. They also helped us plan the itinerary. The place is very close to the main market. One can consider staying at this place without having second thoughts.

Pros:1. Friendly and caring host2. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning because we were getting late.3. Room was clean and warm.4. Walking distance from Leh palaceCons:1. Accessibility issue - the property is in a narrow lane accessible only by walking. The lane is also scattered with dog poop. 2. It is not easily locatable on Google maps, there is no board or signage for directions. We had difficulty finding the property. 3. We didn't find the bathroom very clean. The drain under the basin was leaking and a bucket was placed under it. The hand jet of commode was also leaking. Window panes were broken. The flush was not working properly either. 4. Far from Leh Mall road. There is a small market nearby but mostly grocery stores, no restaurants. 5. We went out at night to have dinner, there were a lot of street dogs in the lane who started barking at us. May be okay for people who are not scared of dogs, but since I am, it was not a pleasant experience.Overall, suitable for backpackers but not for families with big luggages. Recommended to have dinner in the homestay itself, as I didn't find the area safe after dark.

Pros: i) Will provide pickup from airport on arrival. ii) Will help to plan your itinerary for ladakh visit. iii) Nice garden of homestay. iv) 24 hours hot water. v) internet vi) On demand breakfast. Not limited like 2 parathas only. vii) Mall road, leh palace are at walkable distance . viii) Nice hospitality. Cons: I) Name and location of homestay are different. Real name : City heart guest house ii) Room n bedsheets are clean but you may find stain and hair on them. It was nice experience.

In one word - awesome. The owner of the house, Vilayat is a very nice and helpful person. Rooms are quite good and specious, all the modern amenities are available be it gyser, electric kettle, room heater or electric blanket. our stay was superb. The distance of the main market is just 5 minutes walk. The property is situated just down the Leh Palace. The owner and his wife are always helpful and always takes a good care of the needs. My mother faced breathing problem and he really helped us a lot starting from admitting her in hospital, supplying home foods, tea and snacks etc. Otherwise we would fell in big trouble at an unknown place. He also arranged required permits, cabs for our tour. Must stay at this place.

Please don't book this, too interior, GPS shows wrong location, owner doesn't answer phones, I booked this at 11 pm and reached 1 am. Owner don't answer my calls and neither opened the door, I had to spend freezing cold rainy night in my car, there are so many street dogs that you can't stand for 5 minutes, owner even declined refund saying that he slept and phone was on silent but he kept the room for me. This was such a bad experience, I had to book another hotel at same location.

Hospitality is best you can get.. You will feel like home away from home and I literally mean it.. Best thing for us was, they have Geaser for hot water and not Solar heaters.. As we went during off season and the weather was cloudy so the solar panels were useless in the hotel where we stayed for the initial 2days but once we moved in here it was like living a normal life in sub zero temperature. 5 Stars from my side
