Our stay at Bellmount Munnar was good and satisfying. Mr Nair coordinated the process of stay and other services smoothly. Overall stay experience and hospitality was good. Good place for family stay, and as it's situated in midst of city so travelling around is easy.
Hotel is at the centre location but this Location is not that good, Too much traffic all the day and pollution of diesel vehicle, rooms are ok. Clean and hygiene, 410 room was too small for extra bed. ,
Breakfast was included, it was good, could be better if they can keep the dinning tables with clean covers. Overall it was Ok. Decent stay,
first of all... please don't ever choose this hotel.... staff and owners are arrogant... hotel management cheated in their commitment they have made at the time of booking.... food quality is worst.. rooms were dirty and stinky... and prices are like they are providing us 5star facilities..
so please don't choose this hotel.
When ever we are visiting Munnar, choosing food from Bellmount. Food is tasty and more that the staff behaviour is very good especially Mr. Kabali. He is really taking care of each customer and understand what they exactly need.
The staff at hotel are very good and friendly. Kabali, Simiyon are great staff and others as well. The rooms were great, clean and the balcony view was awesome. We really enjoyed staying here the experience is remarkable.
We have stayed 2 days at bellmount. We checked out today. The service is awesome. The complimentary buffet breakfast is fresh and hot. Mr. Kabali takes utmost care of his guest. All the staffs are nice. Would like to stay here again if we visit munnar. Thank you for your wonderful service and behaviour.
This property is good for value and location wise but services are very poor. Employee at reception or room service not even have the common understanding. My room phone was not working and for each and every services I need to go down stairs and ask them to serve. First day I have done this but same thing repeated on second day also. After complaining the same to reception they don't even bother what I want and don't even ask for the room service. Worst experience for services

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
