Worst hospital ever. Misdiagnosed my mom, forced to buy expensive injections that were not needed. Then after few days of no improvement then investigated again and restarted treatment. Kept mom in icu when not needed. My dad who came as a visitor caught Malaria because their rooms were infested with mosquitos!! Upon complaining, the reception just got a mosquito spray which made more mosquitos come out of the room. Money minded; not good care.

Doctor Vijay Lulla is extremely professional and very positive when we approach him. He makes us feel very positive during the time of admission. Always encouraging and ready to help. We come out of the hospital with a new life.. Three cheers to Dr. Vijay Lulla..

Avoid dr Kumar orthopaedic.he is unreachable by phone and also cancelled opd appointment

My worst hospital experience ever!! That was total humiliation!! The doctor did not have any cabin,and I did not even know her qualification just her name...not even surname, I looked everywhere but couldn't see.They did my check-up on desk in corridor,which was made like a cabin without any walls or Covering...the doctor could not even answer my questions properly. Hospital staff was roaming around me...laughing and making jokes ,for a moment ,I felt like they made joke of me too...I had to lift my shirt infront of whole hospital staff,who were laughing,receptionist forgot to take the payment....I came to hospital back again..to pay consultation fees ,that too they did not call me,I went there myself.Receptionist just wrote my name and number and no other info. Lift button did not work , and I had walk myself down the floor in such weak condition. Such worst experience that too at such huge consultation fee of Rs.1000/-.

Opd department is extremely poorly managed. Reception staff have no clue about patients waiting. On all of my visits, I've had to wait more than 2 hours depsite taking an appointment. Please avoid consulting here.

Especially for Single Room : Service was excellent and didn't find any issues. Some extra charges applicable which are unnecessary but staff is Good. I was hospitalised and recommended by visiting Doctor.

We had a senior family member hospitalised for dengue with low platelets. We found the service and care at bellevue to be exceptional. It was smooth to get admitted and a fast discharge process. The staff were attentive and Dr Lulla was knowledgeable and comforting through the whole process. We found the prices charged fair and overall had a great experience.

Excellent hospital, courteous and attentive nursing staff ,top of the line infrastructure hygiene and comfort. My husband was admitted for pancreatitis and was given immediate treatment. Dr lulla is a very senior and knowledgeable doctor who is totally updated with the latest in the medical field I recommend this hospital to anyone who needs Medical care
