Belair Cottage - Cottage in Kotagiri - The Nilgiris, India

As a hotelier i should definitely acknowledge Ms.Leandra's hospitality. She was so warm attentive and ready to assist at any time. Which is a rare experience you don't find in small town like Kotagiri. I stayed in a cottage which is maintained fairly and food is also good. I would definitely recommend to try it out.

The place is really nice. Very friendly and safe. The pets are the cutest, the puppies the ducks and rabbits. Nice backyard for the kids to play and nice view. We took a cottage and the rooms are large with large beds where 3 to 4 people can sleep nicely. As we stayed for 2 days. The first day we stayed in the ground floor as no rooms on 1st floor were available. ButThey also gave us the room in 1st floor with the balcony the next day by themselves and that was very kind. But because of the trees in front of the room was blocking the balcony view.The food is amazing. They have nice commercial kitchen and proper hygiene and chef. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant has a projector screan too. The market and the park is nearby at a walkable distance. The hospitality of the staff is very nice and caring. They even arranged an auto for us for the travel and sightseeing. It was a great experience with them. Me and my sister would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

Had stayed with family for 3 days...very neat room, & very good hospitality services by the team during my stay. Food was very delicious tasting home made. entire team was very courteous & it was excellent stay & the ambience was very nice. good parking space, spacious rooms etcs avaialble in an economical price....overall its very good place..

Excellent place to stay away from yet close to Kothagiri town center. Beautiful view overlooking a valley. Best Amenities - clean & spacious rooma, comfortable beds and kind on call staff. If you are looking to stay in a budget friendly place this it.

The manager was super nice and helpful. The dinner tasted a little bland but okay.

Staffs service and behavior is good. Food also good. Location and atmosphere nice.

Visited their restaurant. Great service and very tasty food. We were shown the property and looks like they can easily accommodate about 60-75pax easily. Very nicely done up rooms, Vintage rooms also available. Ramesh was extremely courteous. Leandare was great with service.

Location was good enough and had a great time. Room service is should be much better. For bachelors and students or team outing for a day can be suggested to visit this place. Foods on restaurant inside the property was good and gave tasty foods on time. House keeping and room service not much satisfied
