What an amazing experience to be here! We were a group of 5 girls visiting Goa for the first time. Like everyone says, we thought it would be a little unsafe for us girls to travel alone. But the moment we went to this stay, the caretaker aunty, Shobha welcomed us warmly. She made us feel at home! What else do u expect? The rooms, cleanliness...everything was just right!! And not to forget, the rents are also very affordable!
Worst customer service The Property is very good and value for money. This care taker granny is worst and very rude. Till the booking was made she was polite but during check out, there was a slight delay from our side by half an hour, she came stood there itself while we were packing and was literally shouting, yelling at us and chased us away. She absolutely doesn'tknow the meaning of customer service. Nobody likes to get shouting from anyone especially when you have gone on a vacation with family... Hope this reaches the owner and some corrective measures are taken...
Very nice villa close to Colva beach which is one of the clean beaches. Owner and care taker was very nice and everything asked was fulfilled easily. Spacious rooms and lots of trees for shades. Typical Goan Villa.
Family friendly accommodation, clean and hygienic washrooms, well maintained bed rooms, Shobha aunty & Brian Sebastian hospitality was just amazing! In summary a home away from home!
We had such an awesome stay at Beach village holiday homes! The location was very peaceful and calm. The rooms were also comfortable will all the amenities. The caretaker Shobha aunty was so humble and cooperative.
The stay was very nice and affordable.I have stayed with my friends. Rooms are neat and clean and all rooms have AC. Wifi & smart tv also available. Cooking facilities also available, that also helped us a lot. Over-all the stay is very nice and highly recommendable for friends & families.
Great place to stay cause the ambience of the villa feels like you're at home and Shobha aunty (the care taker) is sweet and very caring. She's one of the gem person I've met. When I visit again I'll definitely stay at this villa. 10/10 place to stay with your friends and family. Affordable and every South Goa viewpoints are at reachable distance.
We had great sleep :) Place is so quiet.. really loved it. We enjoy cooking so this place is perfect. Shobha ji was very helpful .

Had a wonderful time at Elegant Shades. The most beautiful apartment with a scenic view. The hosts are wonderful and always available. The kitchen is well-stacked. It's a 4 minute drive from the beach and the food at the resort is really good too!
The food was lovely (other than the chow mein which was extremely watery, as can be seen in the photo). The lollipops were perfect and the snacks we ordered were great also. We ordered quite a few different dishes and drinks. The port wine was beaut
