Along with being so responsive as well as responsible; the polite nature of the staff members, is just like icing on the cake. Worst experience. Almost had a heart attack for the agency's insincerity. He kept our Passport with him while applying for Aus tourist visa and down the line after a month while going to collect our Visa , when we ask for our passport, the owner started shouting saying that Passport is not at all with him. When we insisted that the passport is very much with him only , finally he got our passport in his table drawer itself. This agency also mislead us by saying that he can get our Australia Visa done within 14 days whereas Australia Visa takes around 30 days time . Due to his misleading /incorrect information my daughter had to go alone all the way to Australia as we couldn't get our Visa as per his promised 14 days. Very very bad experience , will never ever recommend it to any one in my life.
I have been using Beach Vacation for all my International and Domestic Travels since 2006. They are extremely professional and knows what they are doing. My retired Parents use them as well. I recommend everyone in Guwahati to use them for of the travel requirements.
