Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre is located on the Mehrauli Badarpur Highway and well organized set up with a professional team in key departments. It was reassuring to see good medical equipment and neat hygience CCU well staffed.

Dr Anil Lokhande is a brilliant doctor with kindest heart, the whole team esp Dr Jay have been very kind and I am grateful to them for treating my broken bone and explaining everything at each step in such a comforting way.

I went to the hospital to get my sister checked from a cardiologist, Dr. Rajiv Bajaj. -He is a very good doctor with alot of experience and gives proper time to examine patients regarding their problem even if it takes 30 or 45 minutes. We don't have to visit him again or do another tests for sake of money as our problem was resolved. - The consultation charge for cardiologist OPD in Batra hospital is just nominal so nothing wrong with it which was 700/-. -They have quiet costly charges for tests and reports. We have to do ECHO for heart and it costed around Rs2600-2700/- -They have a huge Cafeteria/Canteen which is in the separate building on ground floor, Price was very costly there for each and every food item considering it's a hospital canteen but they have a huge variety of food, from snacks to main course to junk to South Indian to Italian to tandoori and so on. It's basically a mini hotel and confectionery. -From there you can get sharing autos/ gramin seva for three metro stations - Nehru place, Govindpuri, Saket. You have to cross the road when you get out of hospital to get the sharing auto for saket. Rest hospital was clean, well maintained and good.

A famous hospital of yesteryears. Now slightly less busy. Uptodate facilities, well staffed OPD and emergency. Road route is quite busy, but metro station nearby. Ample parking.

Worst hospital, doctors here behaves like they work on 'Dihaadi Mazdoori', they won't visit hospital to see single patient and will send their helper class doctors. They charge you for main doctor but every time they'll sent helper to attend patient who may even not know how to clean their hands properly. Pathetic hospital clearly a pro money business hospital.

Our 3 yr son was having fever fom 5-6 days and was not getting settled, so we admitted him under Dr Nikita Gupta in Batra Hospital. All the doctors nurses and staff are very caring and supportive. Now after 3 days of treatment my child is fully recovered and getting discharged. Thanks to Dr Nomita and entire team of Nurses fr excelled care and support.

"I visited Batra Hospital last week with my son, who had a minor swelling in his foot. The doctor recommended an MRI, but getting an appointment took longer than expected. Even when we arrived for the appointment, we had to wait for over 2 hours. Collecting the MRI report also took an additional half-hour. It seemed like they were not respecting other people's time, and the overall experience was quite inconvenient. It felt like they were more interested in making money than providing efficient care."

My friend was admitted in Emergency in Batra hospital yesterday morning as she had nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea. She was promptly attended on Emergency by DR TARUN and his team He handle her so nicely I am very thankful to him We are fully satisfied with the treatment and care given to my friend.
