Good dealing and good service

Sold and commercial TV to my 78 year old father saying it's a very good tv and and its smart tv... now problem with backlight..colors... Shame on cheating an old person just sell ur rubbish product.

Staff was knowledgeable and polite but that's about it. We had problem with payment card. My card kept getting decline for some reason even though I use my card everywhere and even minutes before with another merchant. However instead of trying to understand the issue & helping, the payment staff was adamant that there is no problem with them and kept blaming on the card. We did everything from our side; calling customer care twice & again going outside and trying. It works fine everywhere. We went again to shop but received no help from staff. After lot of time wastage, we made purchase from another LG merchant & card worked fine. My advice: - If your card don't work particularly in this shop, do not waste time, make purchase from another LG shop.

I purchased a LG AC of 43k recently. But not satisfied with staff. Mobile on visiting card is always switched off. On Landlines, No response. Needs badly of methods for Consumers Respect. Plz Answer of consumer's callings
