Not so good. Very small retail shop. Not an authorised showroom. Better showroom available at opposite Sharadha College.

Lovely collection. BEST COLLECTION IN TOWN. Staffs are very friendly. The owner is very kind and polite. I have been purchasing from this place from past 6 years and NEVER EVER got disappointed. The owner always hands over chocolates and pen for every customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Need to improve lot of trending and casual wear collection
They are sell the products at more price (they changed the original price labels). Today I bought here formal shoe with the price of Rs 1099 after that I checked the same model at online it's comes around Rs 760. they are cheated me too much. so please be check and aware. Dear Bata team, your franchise store will spoil your reputation please take care.
Only very limited models available. I came there to purchase slipper for my sister who is pregnant. They have only one model and in that too only one slipper available... Very less collection...
Very very minimal collection,once we went to buy a pair of shoes and sandals for the ave group of 13 and 9 they have said that there is no size available in bata elsewhere in tamilnadu for those numbers. If needed then we have to move to Chennai or bengaluru because these won't be available, this is what they said. Later when we visited another bata showroom branch which was in saradha college road we found everything available. Don't know why they should say like this.? If they don't have it why not say it boldly even I have asked them where it will be available. They are so desperate not to say. I don't know it is due to lack of knowledge or something else.?? Disappointed.
