Easy to notice and easy to use your offer coupons here. Good customer service. I think it's one of the biggest Bata shop in the Salem city. Many new collections are there,but some footwear sizes of particular designs are not available.First time I went there I liked one design but my size is not available at the time, they said please check the shop on next week but on next day itself I got the design with correct size,They were super nice. I'm very much satisfied with the service and the shop.

Spacious for shopping. Not much crowded. Visited nearly thrice till date. Packed with same old fashioned models. I always prefer hush puppies shoes which always suits well for my office work. I love the make and model as if custom tailored. But cost wise it is too high but it highly meets the demand and need of a end-user. And about the store: we can't much expect for collection from BATA and allied showrooms

Big showroom. But 1. Air con is not sufficient. We don't go there to breath stale air. 2. Not a good collection. Not at all. What happened to Bats? 3. Utterly inexperienced staff. Not that they are unfriendly. But quite useless from the point of customers. Will I go there again? Nay, not a chance

Very bad quality of products are sold. I have bought an casual shoe for Rs.3200. After few days the shoes which I bought started tearing and i made a complaint so they replaced it after few months the replaced shoe's bottom also was completely teared...

Absolutely pathetic customer service. School shoes for kids size is not there. They can place order only after full payment !! If everything is online why do we go to store ??

Very disappointed, placed order with immediate advance payment for a slipper, got wrong size and very poor quality with damage and very delayed delivery, but still they didn't replace or return my money and no proper response. I am following since last 2 days, no correct response, very much disappointed with the service.
