BIACH&RI is a very good and affordable place for Cancer treatment. My dad has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and is undergoing treatment for more than a year now under the supervision of Dr.K.Sanath, are we are satisfied with the services. OP charge of only Rs300, reasonable prices of tests and very amicable doctors. All the hospital staff from the receptionist to the security guard were helpful in general.

If you want to utilize arogyasri or EHS then avoid this hospital as there is so much of crowd that doctors dont even listen fully and dont concentrate much on the patients. The process is too complicated and we get irritated each second and feel why did we came here. They dont provide any kind of reports hardcopy for the tests they do after discharge, they just mention their observations in summary report, so if you want to go to other hospital for second opinion then it would be difficult for the doctor to analyze the case clearly. Support staff and nurses doesnt show any kindness towards patients, they literally shout while speaking. They didnt even bother about the condition of the patient while discharge, they simply say our work is over you can take the patient home. If you have insurance or enough money then you can consider this hospital.

Dr.SANATH K, is an excellent Doctor. He is friendly, polite and helpful. And also Dr. NISHA. Nursing staff are good. The problem is with front office. Some employees are arrogant. Especially INSURANCE DESK. For every CHEMO they are collecting some amount of money , even though sufficient insurance coverage is available, but not providing the details of the same when asked for. Their replies are vague. Approaching higher officials also proved no use. Hats off to the service rendered by the DOCTORS , because of whom the hospital prestige and goodwill is being maintained and AWARDS ARE RECEIVED.
