Empathetic staff!! Services can be improved though. Went for a haircut and I have a pixie style. The stylist was skillful in normal cuts but not with pixie styles. But he did manage to cover up the flaw. They do not reveal the shampoo bottles they use.

Was not a pleasant experience here. Even though there were lot of staff, it appeared to be that only 1 or 2 of them were able to the offer the services. I went for hair spa and stying and felt like they rushed through it and the styling was very poorly done. I wanted to do curls and they just literally sprayed a lot of hair spray and made a few curls with a heating iron. The price paid was totally not worth it. The staff need to better plan the client's appointments so that they can provide more one to one service rather than rushing through the process.

Visited this saloon on 26/05/2023 Had A very bad experience The saloon is using trainee staffs for providing services. The services for which we pay and expect a good service. Using such amateur staff ,that too without the customers permission is unjustifiable,unethical and totally unprofessional. And overall they ended up causing bad skin burns due to poor technique and inexperience. We had to get medical attention and needed a whole 2 weeks for the skin lesions to heal. Kindly if you value your health and well-being kindly choose another saloon It's a humble request from a very unsatisfied customer

Liked their honest suggestions on the haircut options. The staff were friendly and service is good. But it would have been great if they had not been talking about their personal things while washing the hair of customers. It is not helping us with our relaxation time.

Mr Binoy is excellent and gives honest suggestions that can help a person in long run.. hair cut done by him is awesome .. The girl in the front desk Athira is very welcoming ,pleasant and knowledgeable too

Very good experience. The beautician was able to cut my hair exactly as I wanted it although it was a difficult style. Very friendly and polite staff and the service was very reasonably rated.

I told them I wanted a hair cut more specifically step cut and they did it the worse way anyone could do it. There were more than 3 people staring at me throughout my hair cut. It cost me 900rs . 900 for a step cut which is really too much. The hair cut was horrible. Now I have to use hair clips to cover this up. I really regret my decision of choosing this place to do my hair cut. Extremely disappointed.
