I had recently visited here for the first time, i must say there staff was very helpful and friendly. They first serves you Panipuri and mocktails and after that they start the barbecue part. There starters was awesome especially the i liked the chicken leg piece and crispy chicken. I recommend you guys to always choose non veg over veg because if you choose non veg you can try the veg menu also. Definitely going to visit here again.
The service and taste was very good. Mr. Hemant Singh took good care of us, we were 23 members. The staff and managers were very attentive and were very good at hospitality.

Should improve on the grill menu, possibly when we visited it was fully crowded hence experienced delays.
Recently visited the barbeque nation in Korum mall. The ambience was amazing. The starters served were very tasty, especially the crispy corn. Barbeque starters were also yummy. There were amazing varieties including prawns, chicken, paneer, mushroom and fish. It would have been more spicy. The main course was also good.
Biryani was good.
We also tried pani puri. The taste was chatpata and yummy. Tried 2 flavors of kulfi including pan and chocolate. Both very natural flavors and loved it. Also desserts had lots of varieties. Tried them all. Staff was very cooperative. Service was amazing.

Visited Barbeque Nation for first time. The overall experience was good they have varieties of food in starters chat main course and desserts all are unlimited. The service was very good and fast, Bijoy was our attender and he was very proactive and helpful.
Food Quality (1/10): The food at BBQ Nation was nothing short of appalling. The barbecue dishes were overcooked, dry, and devoid of any flavor. The limited buffet selection appeared as though it had been sitting out for hours, and every bite was a culinary disappointment.
Service (1/10): The service at BBQ Nation was excruciatingly slow and inattentive. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers. Waiters appeared disinterested and failed to respond promptly to requests or refills.
Ambiance (2/10): The lack of air conditioning in the restaurant is inexcusable. Dining in a hot and stifling environment is torturous, especially when the primary cooking method is grilling. It was an entirely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
Logistical Failures (1/10): BBQ Nation's logistical issues were beyond belief. Buffet items frequently ran out, and the staff displayed no urgency in replenishing them. Customers were left scrambling to grab morsels of food before they disappeared.

This response was unacceptable, as the restaurant was not particularly crowded during my visits. It indicates a lack of accountability and an attempt to deflect responsibility for the subpar experience onto external factors. Such a response only compounds the frustration and disappointment experienced during the visit, as it suggests a lack of genuine commitment to improving the restaurant's quality and service.
