Don't buy Bosh products from anywhere, even their pratap nagar branch. They have no responsibility or morals to get a day to day appliance repaired at the earliest. This store doesn't stock the basic spares needed for repairs. Since I bought my fridge in 2018 November I have spent around 45-50000 on repairs. Had to dump all my medicine from the fridge because of late or no repairs . They need a weeks time to call for spare parts 2 days for service engineer to attend. So much so that I did rather a call a local technician and get it repaired. Their staff at pratap nagar, some Lazarus is arrogant and rude. If your fridge has a freezer at the bottom please keep toddlers away , they will get burnt due to the poor quality of the fridge body and it's heat. Last Statement. I am saying this with bitter experience and no grudge, but nobody should face this kind of hassle and mental torture. Avoid Bosh Avoid Bapat.

Bought a mini fridge for my aged mother. Prompt delivery of their suggestion that kelvinator was a good brand. I do not live in India so I trusted Mr Nagesh Bapat the owner and his assurances and him giving me his personal cell that I could call him with any problems . I have tried to contact me several times but my texts have been ignored.. Fridge has been looked at 3 different times by a tech and remains un-repaired. It keeps leaking water into the fridge resulting in destroying all stored items. At this point we are requesting this business to refund our amount as this equipment does not seem to be repairable. We consumers should hold these businesses accountable for their actions or inaction and not let them take advantage of the public. If any of the readers have any suggestions of how to hold this business accountable please advise.

If there would have been -5 stars ,they deserve it. We have suffered from 1 month and we got a technician after 1 month ,that we had a washing Machine repair (incomplete repair) after 1 month . And then too after the inverter failed(as per technician) they couldnt provide a service. Please do not buy from this shop and even if you do please don't expect a good service from them. This has been an eye opener for us. Service=-infinity stars.

Bapat shop is also a vey nice place but one thing is of concern that this shop is always full of rush so you need to put on your mask everytime you visit ....ther service they give is a very friendly service and also the food quality is awesome they make variois taste to enhnce their selling so you just need to find what tastes you best and suit you
