The female worker/caregivers kept us waiting for hours while we watched patients coming in then leaving with their treatment, when asked for explanation for keeping us waiting for more than 4 long hours their explanation was the doctor is alone today, the doctor didn't come and finally will some other doctor do , Frustrating experience .
Went to get eye check up and get contact lens..everything went well. The lady at the counter suggested bausch+lomb monthly contact lens that came to Rs 7500. These lens are pretty useless and dont even stick to the eyes properly . Better off buying the Rs 999 monthly from lenskart.

This was my first time visiting Bansara eye care on my friends recommendation and I would say they have the BEST SERVICE. Everything went well except for the young lady in the specs shop, she was rude. I don't know... maybe she was having a rough day. Sorry po! It's just a feedback and it's upto you how you take it. Anyone having any eye problem please GO to BANSARA!
When I visited Bansara Eye Care Centre, I was quite surprised with the protocols and precautions they had during this pandemic. I don't think I have ever seen such precautions anywhere else. I highly appreciate the time and energy Bansara has put into making sure their patients and staff are well protected.
