Customer service is very poor. Emails are met with no reply and communication is difficult.
The minimum star is 1 that is why , I am going with that one otherwise it will be 0.5 star. I enquiried about education loan but the male person is not interested to talk with the information and telling to go to their other branch for enquiry.Even though i speaked about him again he doesn't give reply later.
Very bad customer service that i faced in the field of banks.

It has been out of order every time I visit this place .More over,BOB doesn't have ATM in thrissur.
