Customer service is very poor. Emails are met with no reply and communication is difficult.
The minimum star is 1 that is why , I am going with that one otherwise it will be 0.5 star. I enquiried about education loan but the male person is not interested to talk with the information and telling to go to their other branch for enquiry.Even though i speaked about him again he doesn't give reply later. Very bad customer service that i faced in the field of banks.
When came to enquire about the educational loan the staffs are not even considering what I am telling and told me to wait even after long time of waiting no response.. Very bad service....
Arrogant manager asking to resubmit document every time visit there. They don't have proper document storing capability.
Very good bank and branch also,lowest service fee for any transaction. easy to handle M connect transaction. customer friendly bank. I had a good experience in this bank.

This is a slightly newer establishment and not many people seem to be aware of it. It is a small, cosy place, but you'll be surprised by the selections available here. The staff are young, courteous and know exactly what they are talking about/doing.
