1 star is the lease I can give , I went to hospital today .. they first charge me Rs500 I don't understand why its so expensive .. and than I waited for 5/10mints for the doc to arrive .. and he kept writing what I said just did normal temperature check BP and done wrote all dozens of medicine didn't even explain what those medicines were for. Like I'm going to open a factory of medicine . And no nothing and told me it's done ! ... So unprofessional..

Doctor is very casual they just need money first thing they say give me panch soo rupye they give medicine in a second without going in depth of condition of patient. Also one poor lady came to seek the treatment but they said we will charge 1000rs per day and told her to go somewhere else because you cant afford that's such a rude behaviour. If there is & -100 rating will give that because they are only for earning money not for well being of patient.

I went there once on a Thursday around noon. I didn't find anyone in the hospital reception. I waited there for around 15-20 minutes but nobody turned up. Not a doctor... Not a nurse... Not a patient.. nobody.. The hospital was neat and clean though so I guess they have hired housekeeping but didn't hire doctors. The hospital looked like a closed museum to me.

I don't know if I should give a one star on just one interaction with the "hospital", I know it wont be fair. However, there are certain things which reflect the overall character of an organisation. I haven't met or seen any doctor in this hospital and wont comment on the level of treatment and facilities here. However, I was seeking an appointment here for a skin condition. The receptionist told me that there isn't any doctor available. I asked about the next day. The receptionist told me that there isn't any Skin specialist avaliable for any day. I was surprised since the website mentions some good names, out of which I wanted to see one. When I enquired about this anomaly, the receptionist told me that the website is never updated, it is a 5 year old content that you see there. She wasn't apologetic about it, she was perfectly fine with it. Told me a lot more than she thought. The hospital is lying about one thing, it can lie about more than one. If it isn't bothers about its image to public, it wouldn't worry about your health as well. Personal opinion. I can be completely wrong.

I am currently at Balahara hospital with my ill mother and at around 9:30 PM there is not doctor/physician available for treatment. Calling themselves 24 hours open hospital is not justified........ really sad and disappointing

They couldn't find out what was wrong with me just pumped me with some glucose Paracetamol and some IV fluids. It took me 3 days to get well and had to pay around 8k 700 per day for 2hrs every day for 3 days they had me, pumping me with fluids. And the rest is medicine and 2 test they did i.e malaria and typhoid which both came back negative. Even though I am fine now but don't know what happened to me. Told me per day bed charge if you get admitted is 2k lol totally absurd.

Overall a good hospital. Staff is nice but the charges they take for a normal test or for a gulucose drip is quite high. If a person has to take his test then they will test some more test which are of no use which increase the value of the tests. Advice- go for consultancy in this hospital & take your tests from Dr Lal Path Lab situated nearby. Also if your problem takes too long to get treated then go to your hometown, you will get well quickly over there. Regards
