Me, my wife and one year old child reached there little early and they asked me to pay 500 rupees for early check in. And I paid it and stayed there because there was no hotels near by. On next day the owner asked me to leave by 11.00 am but I told check out time is 12.oo but he told no. Due to some unforseen issues I couldn't leave by 11 and he asked me to pay rupees 500 more for the late. And paid the amount and left the hotel.
room was nice and the staffs were good. But the owner was adamant. So I would never suggest families to book this hotel if you are out of Tamilnadu
Room are clean and good. But inside a residential street. No shops near by and you are depend on Swiggy / Zomato. 1 km walk to Guindy station.
Me and my wife stayed for 3 days over here. It is very near to Indian patent office and Guindy town. Manager Mr. Sreenivas was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very neat and tidy. Everything was so perfect. We felt it's like our second home. Nearby a hotel named Malaiyappa is there. Just 500 mtrs.. You will get tasty vegetarian food. I will recommend Balaji Residency 100%.
Balaji Residency Guindy Chennai is very safe place. The owner is very helpful. Environment is good.
As I was late for the bus, the owner himself find the auto for me and drop me the bus stop.
