Rooms were clean, spacious and elegant, staff members were well behaved and made everything comfortable from check in to check out. The hotel provides best prices given the location and its service. One coming to Bandel must visit here for a comfortable vacation.

Worst hotel. I think I should go to the police station to file a report as it is cheating people. The rooms are dirty and filthy. I do not know why local authorities do not take any action against them. People come here to stay a night to catch the train or start their journey, next day but they should expect a clean room which is not available here. I even go for negative 5 stars. This area needs attention from local authorities and administration. It is destroying West Bengal's image to a great extent.

Very good place for a relaxing & luxurious way to live. Just beside the G.T. Road and 10 minutes by 2 wheeler to the Bandel Jn. Railway Station. Neat and clean rooms and attached bathroom. Just One thing which I didn't like is that when I called them and asked that whether non ac rooms are available at 1st and 2nd floor, they said yes but when I visited their with my friend, the man at the reception said those rooms at the 1st and 2nd floors are not empty but they intentionally gave us the 3rd floor room no. 304 but that room was very relaxing and luxurious, bathroom is neat and clean, marbled with modern Sanitary fittings at the bathroom.

I visited today very nice and in budget hotel obviously safe and secure for couples .A best couple friendly hotel .me and my partner liked it's services and will visit again'.

Best place for couples its not budget friendly price like under 1200 but rooms are very clean very quick response.

Rooms are clean.... But not budget friendly... 800 for 3 hours (non attached bathroom) 1000 for 3 hours ( attached bathroom) 1200 for 3 hours (ac) Prices are high... Otherwise ok...
