Rooms smells very bad, including lift. Badly maintained rooms including no clealiness, no handles to the bathroom, etc.. Worst experience and moreover not worth for the money. Last but not least, complementary breakfast is bad too. Railway track is close to hotel and lot of sound because of train movement frequently and causes lot of noise and couldn't able to sleep.
Worst ever stay. Full of bedbugs / full of old linens / old bed spreads. I got woken up in the midnight full of allergies all over my body. If you consider your health as important, you won't choose this.
Poor housekeeping, no proper response, rooms aren't clean, restrooms are not well maintained, master card issues, no AC or improper working condition.. but the cost is too high for these facilities to ask for rooms... totally not satisfied with anything and not recommending to anyone..
I had booked 2 rooms for my guests for a night spend to board the next day morning flight. Cockroaches everywhere and in bed especially, unhygienic bathrooms, spindle came out handy bursting water, unclean bedspread. We paid 6160rs for taking one triple occupancy and one double for pathetic rooms. Room numbers are.incorrect due to some maintenance or something. We had our baby shower function @this hotel today. Their service, food and the complimentary room they provided, everything was really good.If you are looking for a hall,with minimum members,then I recommend you to check with them.Very neatly maintained halls.
Location is the only plus for this hotel! Room and restroom hygiene is pathetic! Very poorly maintained... Don't try the food in the restaurant. In face staff himself at reception will recommend to opt for swiggy / zomato. Room service - no body cares what you need If you request a mobile charger at the reception desk if case of an emergency, they simply say - no charger is available in the entire hotel itself.... Definitely this is NOT gonna my choice in future...
They provide one water bottle as complimentary. When we ask additional water they charge 42rs for 1 waterbottle which is actually 20rs. Restroom is not so clean and access key is not at all working and they control our access as they have only key which is working. For sake they give us access key.
