No care for customers from customer care, call not connected to CC. From last 1 year every month they deduct some amount from my account as bouncing charge, about that i wanna talk to customer care but they programmed their IVR in that way it could not connect to Executive. Shame on #BAJAJ FINSERV

You people don't respond.. After giving multiple miss calls in your number you people just sending messages that your representative will call shortly and it's been 3 days you haven't called... I had two earlier loans with you and have successfully closed them still you don't give priorities to your existing customers.. Silly!!! Irresponsible and mind buckling!!!
