Bagatel Boutique Hotel Goa - Hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

Located at a convenient place but tracing the hotel would be a challenge for first timers...it needs a better signboard on the road. The service needs improvement. Hot water was supplied through buckets to the rooms (dont know why). Rooms are good and their Dining area on the terrace has a nice view with limited buffet breakfast. Will recommend this place for those who want a place to stay near Calungute but do not expect any sea view.

My worst stay ever. Please don't book this hotel specially when your are in couple. No hot water. There are insects all around your room. Pathetic staff they don't even know check out dates and check out time. No cleanliness in room they just clean room once in a day that too in the morning. If you tell them to clean plates that also they don't do. They don't have plates and spoons. There is no first aid in hotel. No parking in hotel. Staff has no manners how to speak to the customer as it's not a customer friendly hotel. I highly recommend don't stay there as there are many options better then this.

The worst experience I ever had, our checkin was delayed by 2 hours, and then we were told that there are no rooms available, later on we got a room after waiting for another hour, the room was dirty, had cockroaches all over the room, the bedsheet was was not clean, te pillows were dirty, we were not provided pillow covers. the hotel staff is not at all helpful, and is rude, also we were not provided with a water bottle, when we asked for the same , the request was ignored for more than two hours, when we called the number provided to us, the rude person asked us to check out at 11 in the night, we were ready to do so, but when we asked for refund, he just hung up the phone. I would never suggest such hotel to anyone. It is genuinely the worst.

0 rating for all the options above, If we had an option for 0 star rating would have given it, the worst experience ever due to MakeMyTrip and this is a ghosted terrible hotel ever. We had a bad day due to the previous hotel being cancelled which was booked by MMT and this was even worse, this property took our money and when we got to know this place was in a bad condition and wished to cancel both MMT and this hotel owner denied our refund for 14,000. So due to this property and MakeMyTrip I had mental and physical torture and were stranded without a stay till later evening.. Also this place received some notice from goverment as mentioned by the caretaker of this hotel. Don't ever book this hotel. Very bad condition of everything

It was average stay. Rooms are good. But overall hotel is not that nice and clean. Pool is not maintained. Food quality is very bad.

we have booked for 4 day and check-out in one day only because of worst experience and false commitments like they told they have restaurant, Bar, cleaned swimming pool which they don't have. we have called police and complained for their behavior. Please dont Stay Humble request Note- Too Far from Beach not near by Lots of cockroach, no power backup , no phone which we connect to reception. lot of smell in room
