Well organised and *Dr.Mamatha* madam she is well qualified doctor in that organisation. I am very much satisfied Dr. Mamatha, upto date suggest mechanism under reasonable rates. Specially I observed There Staff's and Receptions very good welcome to patients talk and behave with very smoothly and lovely. My father operation after that one lady take over responsibility for medicine *MS.TASSO* she is don't know kannada but we'll try to understand and communicate with patients very good and smoothly So from my side I'll thankfull Ms.Tasso mam. And very good Eye multi-speciality hospital with reasonable rates so who are all face eye's issue. visit once in this hospital definately you're satisfied.... %... Well organised and qualified doctors with upto date mechanism under reasonable rates and medicine and spectacles counters it is easy to go. Parking is a big problem so also a good toilet is necessary.
Long waiting hours! I would say min. 2 hours even for the tiniest of checkup. The ambiance is like a government hospital but with fee/charges of a private hospital. I just felt like the doctors are doing trial and error with medication on patients, because in my case, just for simple redness of the eye the doctor made me consult thrice and the result is it just made my condition worse. Now i am going to a proper private hospital for a proper fix.
The hospital has all the required facility. Doctors are good and they speak very nicely with patients. The staff also very nice and they finishes the procedures very fast. The consultation fees also affordable...
Had cataract surgery for my mother, interaction with staff, counselling and doctors were good. But even after couple of months of surgery my mother is yet to recover completely. This may not be with everyone as in my case. But I found hospital very cost effective in comparison with competitive institutions.

Treatment is undoubtedly good. Doctors are caring and staff efficient and helpful. One suggestion: If a patient goes for a re-visit the day following his visit the previous day, he is charged full payment. Being a charitable hospital they should give a discount at least to poor patients
Visit here to spend your money not for right treatment. Visited here for dry eyes on 29/05/2022 by paying Rs.350 as consultation charges and Rs.500 for eye drops; after using the drops given by doctor; my eyes got red. Visited again on 31/05/2022, the hospital collected 150 again from me instead of correcting the mistake from there end. It is clear that this hospital is only looking for money instead of correcting a mistake from their end.
