BK Diagnostic centre provides all the latest diagnostic services like EEG, ECG, CT Scan, Blood tests, Sonography, X-ray, Color Doppler tests and many more facilities. They have experienced Doctors and staff. They have ambulance service also. The place is well maintained though a little congested.

Worst diagnostic have to clear whole schedule for a 10 min test even after a prior appointment and coming on time. Just giving commissions to doctor so that they suggest this place. Worst diagnostic with worst management. Rude staff

The receptionists' conduct is truly disheartening. Surprisingly, even roadside vegetable vendors demonstrate more decency and respect towards their customers. Their communication style closely resembles that of individuals engaged in less esteemed professions

Nice diagnostic centre in camp 4 area, just waiting time is too high for OPD, almost waited for 2hrs, waiting area is comfortable but washrooms are very conjusted and small for patients. Also they don't send reports on email or whatsapp, one request email/ whatsapp facility should be started.

I had come to B K for first time for ultrasound and i must say, i have been extremely happy and satisfied with services provided by the doctors. Entire staff took utmost care of me throughout my procedure. Initially i was very nervous but the staff made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this centre.

Poor service,I wanted a duplicate copy of my test but they started giving rude answers. The staff is very rude. They don't even know how to answer. Not happy with your response I'm cooprate with the staff but the staff is too rude. I was waiting for half an hour. After that they told me that they will give documents without sign and stamp. Later they said that the doctor is on vacation, there was an emergency at his house, so he is not available and it will take 2 days for him to come. Another doctor will not sign. I told them that I want to meet senior, they said that wait for 5min. After 10min staff said it will take half and hour more, As I was late for work. I left

Very poor facilities, they treat you as if you are illiterate specially my family encountered this lady who sits on the first floor, she is super arrogant Edit: so i got the call from the centre and i found it very overwhelming that they they give such attention to the patients the issue is resolved now. Also the lady is sweet maybe i judged too early.. Peace

I m sorry to say this that Ground floor staff is very rude and arrogant. both ladies dont have manners to talk. While making my payment of Rs.7000/-,they have swiped my card and told me that its declined and again she swiped my card. after 2 days i hd checked my statement then i cme to know that 2 times Rs.7000/-amount has been deducted. however no one informed me from this center about this and the height is when i told at ground flr reception they told me to come on next day as accountant is left for day. on next day morning i went there then she told me come after 12 at afternoon. when i went at afternoon she told that accountant is on leave. and there is no one to check transactions. when i asked any other person who can help me. she denied very rudely. this is very unprofessional. I was asking for my money which is deducted by her maybe it was by mistake. but after that the way of talking was very very wrong. At last when we go at first floor to check if anyone can help. then first floor staff helped me and informed the same to owner. and after checking they gave me cheque of my additional amount which was deducted. I will request to management please check your staff behavior. it will harm your image or goodwill.
