Axis Bank Branch - Bank in Thalassery - Kannur, India

Very very pathetic service , I wanted to close a current account of mine which I tried closing from Bangalore and Thalaserry is my account located , I submitted my closure papers with stamp at Bangalore branch , but it's not getting closers since they say cluster head from Kerala is not approving . I am being charged for non maintenance of an account which I wanted to close ,documented submitted 2 months back . The executive Simi is so busy when ever I call she says busy with customer not answering the call . Incidentally I had informed Shanib her senior about the approval issue From cluster head which he said he will do it I am having a saving ac of axis bank more than 20 years never I had this sort of worst experience

I visited for cheque deposited purpose in Pilakkandy Plaza building branch - Tellichery .

This bank is still in 1980's. If we deposit an amount of 50k or more then we have wait ages to get it credit, as it will be credited only after the approval from the manager. In this 'AI' century every services are getting in fraction of seconds but this bank is still 30 yrs back. Pls mind if you are not updated people have 100's of other options

Worst mobile banking service ever. I have nre account with this bank.. nowadays i am not able to use the mobile banking because its saying transaction not allowed.. I tried contacting the bank.. but resolution whats so ever. They dont care about the customers.

Bad service. NRI'S go to some other good private banking (Yes bank for eg. They provide dedicated personal from your branch whom you can get almost all assistance.). Have been visiting this bank for many times. They can't solve the issue. Most of the staffs are Freshers , they are all like with half knowledge. Google please provide negative star option.
