Very worst possible person at perungudi branch i m debited my cash all the account here after any amount will credited by bank side your branch only the responsibility if my CIBIL score is got any issue about this your bank only respond I have all the proofs.. offical I make everything.Last month i went this branch and regarding closing the account they said server problem take 5days and the Bank person give the contact number he said i will send you the message after closing the account..one week gone i m not received any message from they are side i was call the person that time he said mam your credit card is active so we can't without closing your credit card..so i was called customer care service and I close credit and the bank person he said to i will process your approval... send you the message but again one week gone..no response about the branch side i was call the person some many times but they are not pick my call itself..i send the message your people is not responding the call and regarding my account closing i will give you the Google reviews..with few minutes they reply the message. Sorry mam i will approve the process today and informed again 10days still no response.. so very irresponsible person at axis Bank service very worst Last 2months it's with use the account my Money going this the good service to people the banking very. Thank you for you people good experience with your bank good response.. really i will tell your branch service to my circle...i have all the messages and contact number of your branch person that also can update here. But it's not my work i wasting my time following 2months regarding account closing very very very worst service no words to tell about axis bank perungudi branch service

Their app is nice, my issue is with regards to bad service provided by Axis Bank perungudi chennai branch team. I am a customer who presented a cheque on Saturday after three days I came to know that is not even started to clear due to technical issue. When visited the branch during their closing hours they don't have the courtesy to even come out and answer only the security keeps denying unlike their Advertisement...

Whatever the service you need they will tell you to contact customer care. And their customer care number is chargeable. You need to pay for reaching them. Reaching is possible if you are only lucky. They couldn't even able to merge my 2 customer IDs and finally cancelled my credit card itself.

I've been to many axis bank branches for various transactions but this branch is a standout of all by providing a worst customer service. They just have one may I help counter for all customer queries and for non cash transactions why can't the counter reps help and why are they making customers wait for a long time. I can clearly see the reps in other counters have nothing to do and simply walking in the corridor.. Anyway I couldn't complete my transaction after a long wait and had to leave with disappointment. I'm now trying to get my account transferred to another branch.

Worst service. My account had KYC issue (I don't know why the bank has put this though as I have done this few months bank in one of the Axis bank branches - that's still okay, I understand bank has certain norms). I went to the bank for getting my KYC done. One of the employee there asked me to come after three days and he added that it'll take 10-15 days for validation. He said in a careless & rude manner that "I have to check if you are not the fake person and approve your KYC. Then they'll take 10-15 days to approve. You can use your money only then". I told him that I need my money for some important stuff, he said "I can't help it. KYC problem is high risk". Later that day, one of my friend suggested to re-upload the KYC online. I have done it and got my account unblocked in 3 days. So much drama. He could have just told "I'm not interested" Nevertheless, Axis bank as such is a good to bank with. A customer for the past 5 years.

Worst possible bank and branch in chennai,they are so arrogant and never give clear statements of amount deduction etc to their customers very slow in service and extremely horrible attitude. While opening the account they promised so many things but not even one promise was kept too many lien and hidden charges.worst service possible .

One of the worst branches. Late response, have so many bottlenecks even for simple cash withdrawal at branch. My mistake that I keep my account there
