Nature view is at its best. The perfect weekend getaway place. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Food - I loved every bit of it. Be it to fish, chicken and even vegetarian food. The tea and snacks were also Amazing. The ambience is beautiful, beach is nearby too. Would highly recommend this place for great ambience, safety, cleanliness and the food. The best part is service. I would like to appreciate the work of all the members who were in kitchen and specially Santosh Pednekar kaka. He is gem. He doesn't let you feel disappointed at all. You call it and it's there already. Would love to visit again and again.
Our stay at AV s cottage was memorable and the fish preparation was good. Looking forward to revisit soon. And definitely would refer our network. Very pleasant and peaceful location and easily reachable. Special thanks to the proprietor Ashutosh, his lovely mom and the staff (Jayesh and Santosh Kaka).
It's very good for family. Relaxing & positive vibes. Very polite staff! And as well as owner! No disturbance ever! The thing is you should provide the food orders before 2 hours. Good food veg-non veg too.!! Awesome rooms and positive vibes area

One of the best weekends I had. Rooms are amazing and the food is delicious. Ambience is really nice and freshening. Their fish is a must try. Walking distance from the beach makes it even a better place. Would love to visit again.

Tryely wonderful place near Varsoli & Alibag beach. Had plaaned for alibag beach but eventually ended up with Varsoli beach - AVs Cottage. This place has refreshing vibes, perfect for photoshoot. Their food is just great both in Taste & Serving/Service also. Additionally you can go to beach by walking & feel the calmness at Varsoli beach as it is clean & less crowded.
First time we visit at this place staff was so attentive polite owner was so friendly. Food taste awesome cleanliness was too good cottage are very good, garden area also maintained very well. Friend's please visit at list one time you will also like
Very clean, neat and tidy rooms. Homely feeling. The bathrooms are also very clean.The owners are very nice and friendly people. The places is pet friendly too, we brought our puppy with us and the experience was very nice. The terrace is a very nice
First of all the location is great it's near Varsoli beach which I liked more than Alibag beach. The owner is very polite and decent. As it was weekend and our family was only the vegetarian out there he specially prepared dinner for us on 11th hour

Room was superb. Amazing service !!! Owner of the property is very cooperative and helpful. The TV worked fine , AC was also working perfectly well. Bathroom had nice water pressure and shower . Both hot and cold water available. Breakfast was tasty.
