Hi sir, I'm the regular customer of AVR from past 11years, I'm from Dharmapuri district. Here you have given a good offer... [I.e for 1 gram gold 2 gram silver ] Here you have given your offer with only 1 option, but that is not satisfied by us, because you have to give a option to customer either you take silver or you can mines(-) the silver value in total.... You are just saying your offer but not giving option to that offer that is not a good thing, y because I don't want silver so I'm asking to less that silver value in final bill, but you are not giving that option... you have take step forward and proceed it further. Thank you
After competition from Selva maligai and few other shops, looks like avr clearly decided to shut down their dharmapuri branch 1. Very poor response/ interaction from shop executives 2. Lack of interest in displaying their products 3. Over priced (wastage and making) when compared to other shops
Good collections of all varieties. Customer friendly approach by all sales executives and manager. Negotiable prices are added advantage.
Designs were okay. But, staff behavior was horrible. No proper response despite asking couple of times. We spoke to the sales representative Mr.Tirupati. He is not even able to give proper details when asked. And he is not even bothered to show the manager for price negotiation. Not sure if AVR is aware of his behavior atleast.
Billing process is too long. Poor hospitality. No separate restroom for mens and ladies
