I had joined Aviyog earlier as well but couldn't complete my course last time die to office constraints. But now I have joined again and they are very supportive. Teachers are knowledgeable and Ms. Janvi Ingle mam also explains well. Takes effort to make you understand and follow through.

I am glad i opted for Aviyog's level 1&2 yoga teacher training course earlier i used to practice yoga through online yet i needed in depth knowledge about yoga its origin what are its benefits and right way to perform it , this course of Aviyog cover all the three aspects of yog.
