Honestly, the worst part is service and that's the most important factor you need. Food was good but too costly as compared to quantity given. Even cities like Bengaluru serve better quantity in places like Indira Nagar which is known for famous restaurants. They took more than 1 hour to put our food on table, that too when they already knew we had ordered long back and told them to serve food after our drinks. Seriously? No one would wait for such a long time. We were 6 ( 3 couples). Just to catch hold of a waiter, we had to wait like 15- 25 mins and only then we could order. Overall we spent more than 3 hours just because of pathetic service. We did not enjoy at all. Music is not the only thing we need, service should get better in my opinion for them to survive. Food Quality and ambience were good though. After having couple of drinks, we had to wait for like 1 hour just for our food to arrive and that was the worst part for us. Trying to compete metro cities does not mean you compromise on very basic thing which is "Service". Honestly saying, we were not happy due to time taken. We finally left the place and it was already late, so we went to Ambala to have food in Jaggi City Centre. Atleast we could satisfy our cravings there. Take your decision appropriately!

Food could've been better. The price to food quantity ratio is just bad. Could have been worth the price if the taste was good. On the menu, for the soup you can request for anything, but when asked, they only had 3. Ordered a munchow soup and I don't think I've ever tasted the munchow soup like that. It's the worst. Ordered Achari soya chaap. Tasted ok. Paneer lababdar combo consists of the dish, dal makhani and onions, tasted ok, again. And the price of bread is just... The atmosphere is good. The dance floor on the rooftop is excellent. The interior looks great. Also, they add a service charge. Don't know why they can't ask whether the customer wants to pay or not.

Very unprofessional establishment and fault is entirely with the management (or rather, lack thereof). Service staff is not to blame. A poor experience right from the start. Upon arrival, no staff was present to seat us. Bar keeper just pointed to a small table and said you can go sit over there. When a waiter finally came by and seated us properly later, we ordered one starter and two mains. We were informed a few minutes thereafter that our choice of starter was not available. We selected an alternate and waited. After about 30min, we were served our starter. As we were just starting to eat the waiter came back and informed us that our choice of mains would not be available. At this point, frustrated, we asked to see the manager and were offered the chef who proceeded to try and sell us yet another alternative. At this point, patience exhausted, we informed the staff that we had had enough and got up to leave. At the elevator, we were finally able to meet a manager who, instead of apologizing, asked us to return inside and settle the bill. Clearly, he had no idea what was at issue and how his restaurant was proceeding. We explained our point of view, reiterating how unacceptable our experience had been. A few managers had arrived by this point and ultimately agreed they had fallen short of reasonable expectations from the customer. They offered to make it up to us by inviting us to give them another chance to sit and dine. We politely declined. It was too little, too late. To the owner of this establishment... nice place but not so nice that customers should spend hours here to teach your staff reasonable customer expectations at a restaurant that is open for business to the public. You have a serious problem to reckon with amongst your AWOL management staff. What happened in your kitchen is not my problem and a more competent team would not have let it become my problem. Yet it did.

Sunday night was amazing, great ambiance. Food and service were very nice. Will visit this weekend again.

Nice concept and ambience. Good food as well along with good service by Depanjan who was kind enough to explain the allergies related information and also called Chef who can customise the food if needed. All in all good experience and would definitely be visiting again

Actually I not wanted to give a single Star but for writing review it was necessary as today I ordered food items but after passing time approx after 30 mins the waiter came and told us your order can't be fulfilled ,I just wanna say what kind of service you are providing and I am sure if this place continue the same kind of service then this place no longer gonna survive in business I request everyone to not waste your hard earned money or time.

We had celebrated our anniversary & the experience was below average. Pros: Ambeince , Interiors, Party vibe. Cons: Service is so slow, or I can say there is no service at all, still they charge the service charge on bill, they take 30 min to get water on your table & if you would ask them to serve they just deny. Half of the food & drink items were not available. So the choices were not much. Food portions are really small & if I compare the prices, they are highest on prices right now in town & food portions are smallest. The Dj was also not upto the mark, the person just didnt know what & how to play. They are known as the Cocktail nest, but the cocktail I ordered was awful in taste & visually also it was basic. To enjoy the ambience which is great, Anyone would still need the food on table, we are not there just to see a light or dance show.

Loved the vibe of the place. Happening nights and great interiors! They have a perfect food menu with quality preparation and many options to choose from! One should definitely go there for a great time with friends or family.
