I had great experience at this place. My Samsung mobile had some issues...most of which were completely resolved.

Reparing work is good. Expert technicians. But takes too much time to make that happen. They never have parts in hand. Once you pay 50% of total repairing amount in advance & submit your phone only then they'll order parts from Samsung warehouse in Noida which eventually would take approximately 3-5 days at least to get repaired.

Dear, Your contact number not ready to receive phone call and announced by network operator may receive after completion of recharge of mobile number. No any other number found in your website, to contact with you for the assistance please.

I am utterly disappointed with the Samsung Service Centre located in Chandannagar branch. The staff members there are a bunch of lazy and incompetent individuals who seem to have no interest in doing their jobs properly. My recent experience with them was a complete nightmare. Firstly, it took them over an hour just to generate a bill after checking my device. Are they kidding me? This is unacceptable and downright ridiculous. To top it all off, the work done on my device was shoddy, I feel like I wasted my time and money by visiting this service centre. Even they don't feel the necessity of providing the feed back form in the store... I strongly advise others to avoid this service centre at all costs. The staff members are unprofessional, and the service is terrible. Samsung should take immediate action and improve the quality of their service centres before they lose their loyal customers.

Went to the service centre with my samsung f41. They asked Rs. 7100 to repair. Got it repaired for Chandni chowk at Rs. 600

Good and prompt service.
