I went with my samsung watch with was not working from some days. With a white display. (Watch was switched off when I went. With no battery charge). Before checking the watch properly they gave me the verdict that the display is faulty and will need to be replaced. When I asked the same person about which model my watches is, they were not sure.( Still could diagnose the faulty display without checking,). When I pointed out the same they said if they inspect it would be charged 170 rupees. Then I agreed to go ahead. Later they charged my watch and ? checked and gave me the same verdict. Then I opted not to get the display changed and paid them. Bill was not given. And was given only on demand

Worst serrvice. I gave my phone for checking the screen they took 170 rupees and told to change the screen compleatly for 21000 rupees. I gone to a local mobile shop they did the restart and the phone is working fine. When checked today the back case of phone is opening automaticaly . When asked the customer care thry told they cant do anything

All the world is going digital and this service center wants people to go in person to place order for a screen guard, then it takes 3-4 days to get the stock and again we have to go there to get it fixed. They dont have option to place order online itseems, funny center or funny staffs. Samsung should really remove such centefrom authorized list.

I went to solve my network issue since I don't get network in my area. This is my first samsung phone. Switching from Redmi to Samsung is a mistake. I don't understand why there is no network in s21fe when I compared with Redmi with the same SIM which gives network in same place. It shows "no service " and "emergency calls in the same place where Redmi is giving good network. I described my problem.They changed my software but still I'm having the same issues. I can't use this samsung phone in my area.

They don't know anything about smartphones and total waste of time and still trying to create simple issues to more complex ,still don't know how to troubleshoot any device ,shameful for samsung company by these type of service centers .ITs a total dissatisfaction experience we had from this center.

They don't know what kind of service they provide. The lady who took the call was rude & unprofessional without any knowledge .

I am surprised there is no such dedicated SAMSUNG service cneter in Kozhikode, inspite of Kozhikode being a larger city than Kannur
