high labour cost they are not considering all class of customers just looting money

Worst customer service ever, they give more importance to money from paid customer rather than quality service.

It was great pleasure and funtastic experience to visit the Centre, all staffs are there very humble and polite and they are Excellent in their work. There is a television where Mr. Bean and Charlie Chaplin will entertain you and you can't keep silence, it would be helpful for you to stay there cause there is rush when I visited i had to wait 3 hours , That was my tablet display (Gun)Issue. One more important thing is "the location what is on Google map it's little wrong, i am not sure before office was on same location or not but Now it's On opposite of GRIFI MALL" if you come from Railway station it's 30 mtrs before the location on Map . Very bad all staff i was visited today for my phone software update issues with warranty remaining 8 months. They told need money.

Bad service. (Means lack of product knowledge to Staffs)

Good. Athul was well informed and good at clarifying doubts. There is a token queue system during covid. So be there before to collect 50 limited set of tokens. Each case takes around 30 minutes. So wait time is huge. They could rather add an Express Counter where people can deposit phone unconditionally for full checkup.

Very poor service by staff , they don't know how to behave with customers. They are pretending like they are taking money from their pocket .
