Overall behavior of the staffs towards the customers are decent... Any problem of hardware or software is dealt with care. But they really do take some unnecessary amount of time to fix even a simplest issue, they need to work a bit on improving it. Overall performance was really good.

Only Samsung service center at Suri. Mobile screen replacement is done here. The Mobile screen replacement service is very quick. They do this within an hour. It is situated near S.P. more. They take payment in cash or via UPI. Other method like Debit Card or Credit Card, Net Banking not available now. Introduction of these means of payment system will be appreciated. There may be a option to drop defective mobile phones for recycling.

My phone's display was damaged. And they replaced it within one hour. Satisfied as of now.
