As I bought EASY CHAIR from them before a month. Chair was not much comfortable while sitting and I contacted Shopkeeper they responded me back in rude manner. At the time of purchase seller showed their interest should sustain after their purchase. As I contacted about the product issue now, While talking with customer, they are not at all showing concern for things & lack of interest to solve the problems. I didn't asked for return/replacement. I just asked for service ......This is the major difference between online shopping and offline shopping. Don't spoil your reputation by responding customer rudely. DON'T PURCHASE FURNITURES HERE.....
