AtmanAdhiroha - Yoga studio in Rishikesh, Sakalana - Tehri Garhwal, India

I have now finished the yttc and I am grateful for the opportunity that fell to me to spend my last month at AtmanAdhiroha. The staff was professional, empathetic and interpersonal. Everything is magical from the moment you enter the gate, the green garden full of butterflies and flowers, the sitting areas that overlook the place, the clean and spacious rooms, the amazing food (which I was afraid of as a milk and gluten allergy) and yet I always found something to eat thanks to the chef and the staff who took care of it. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience, I couldn't have imagined it would be so accurate and perfect. Thank you to the management from the bottom of my heart, it was a healing and empowering experience, the days off organized by the management were perfectly organized, thank you for everything.

When I step into the gate of Adhiroha, I was so impressed by this lovely peaceful environment. Welcomed by a warm smile , the moment I knew I had made a great decision. All the teachers here are so kind,knowledgeable and supportive.They providing a comprehensive curriculum that covered all aspects of yoga. The staff here are so helpful, they helped me all the time for everything. I felt tat I m part of their family. They even clean our room everyday. And provided us delicious and quality food. It is a life time experience which i will always cherrish in my heart .

Aum Namaha Shivaya, I planned my YTT of 200h with another school in Tapovan, Rishikesh. Quickly after feeling not at the right place at all, I searched for another school. Lucky me life brought me up the hill to Adhiroha. From the first moment I saw this place, I've known I belong here for the next weeks. I easily felt home thanks to the beautiful located accommodation, surrounded by so much pure nature and all the welcoming and kind people. The staff as well as the teachers have done all their best to make us individually dive into our own Yoga journey. Thank you again for all the care and happiness you spread! Take care

I totally loved the Adhiroha campus surrounded by hills and greenery! The yoga room is amazing with glass windows all around in the lap of nature. If you are lucky you may even spot a deer , peacock, langoor and monkeys ! The campus also has its own pond which brings calmness and takes it to another level in evenings. The teachers at Adhiroha are very good & punctual. We were at the campus and it was raining very heavily but still all our teachers came for classes . They explain very well and helped me whatever doubts I had anytime. They are extremely professional and one of the best ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to learn from the best !

Adhiroha Yoga School is situated in a natural environment of Rishikesh which makes the atmosphere very calm and peaceful. During this journey I had a very intense schedule which was hard sometimes. But all the teacher are very kind and always willing to help and to answer all our questions. In the 300h TTC I really loved the Asana classes from devoted teachers who were not just talking about Yoga but really live this lifestyle. Besides the classes the accomodations are well equipped. The food was very healthy and all the staff are very helpful and always responded to personal needs. The excursions were well planned and gave a beautiful memory of my stay in Rishikesh. The best thing about this place is it's teachers. Each one of them bring their own unique flavours to the class. Their in-depth knowledge about the body and nature takes learning to the next level. I had great time at Adhiroha and I am going back with much more strength physically and mentally. The people I met here were amazing. It was a month full of hard work and fun. Adhiroha has a very beautiful campus with supportive staff. The thing which can be improved is providing flexibility for food on Off days and not charging extra for Tea or Coffee (atleast once a day).

Hello everyone. I completed my 500yttc from Adhiroha one of the best schools in Rishikesh How can I say one of the best as I have done few other courses from different schools in Rishieksh but after experiencing many of them I can say Adhiroha is one of the best School surrounded by nature. The best thing about the place is meditative sound of om namaha shivaya being played all day. The facilities provided in school were the best mainly Food , management, teachers ,staff etc. I highly recommend Adhiroha it's a life changing experience. Will join Atmanadhiroha Goa for its retreats now. Best of luck.

I spent one month doing the YTTC 200h training. Everything was amazing. If you are looking for a chilled location and the best teachers, away from the main stream yoga/party schools downtown, this is it. The program is for people that want to seriously devote one month to Yoga. Quite challenging but you will feel changed afterwards! Om Namaha Shivaya
