Best hotel I stayed in my life was this one only, I stayed in lots & lots of hotels and service apartment but the comfort, safe etc I got in this, I stayed wit my wife & 1.5 years old kid and 2.5 years old kid we felt very comfortable with the room and I have to tell about staffs both the manager's was awesome and very helpful to me actually I planned to stay 2 days but I stayed 5 days. If am planning for next trip to Chennai definitely I will stay there only .
Very very worst experience I have seen before this . Rude manager . Room was good but way of behave was horrible . They are treating like ___________ . Paying this amount but very cheap attitude. Not even 1 star i can give . They dnt know how to speak with customer. Manager need to change otherwise the md of hotel buy new towel .( Md thalaila thoondu tha podanum ).
Luxury Hotel features : No toiletry in bathroom Lift without fan Room without calling bell Hot water is with geyser at mercy of it if it works or not. Kettle mesh with full dust Stinking room Breakfast : cold items would wait for you even at 8am. Worst of all: the way they respond Worst service n customer care. After driving for hours with a 4 yr old, the front desk support person tells this is not your home when requested to join the single beds. And room was stinking when entered but again front desk guy says don't pick fight. Worst ever experience one could face. Totally dissappoijted at the minimal lack of hospitality. Mr Hameed is the name of front support person and he provokes by saying one or other thing. When requested to share owners number he says u go n find out .. very rude responses for everything.
Really decent place to stay, restaurant is not fancy but the food was home style and plesant. Rooms were clean and the people were very kind too.. Would totally recommend for family or single stay.. And it is very close to bus stop or railway station.
Rooms that they provide are phenomenal and its worth the price. But the complimentary breakfast which they provide isn't that good.. its okay I would say. Good customer, rest all are fine.
Dont like the behaviour of staff for room alocation Rooms washroom get locked automatically not got the room we wanted breakfast staff not maintaning the dishes well and we have to tell them to bring the item not present on table
