More than anything else, I liked how accommodating they were. We checked out Sunday but came back to get changed and fresh before leaving to the bus stop. The manager let us use one of the vacant rooms to freshen uo which no other hotels have done before
I recently had an utterly disappointing experience at Atlanta Beach Resort booked through Agoda travel agency. My stay there was marred by numerous issues that made me question their commitment to guest comfort and safety. Firstly, the hygiene standards at the hotel were shockingly subpar. The state of cleanliness in the room was abysmal, and the washroom lacked a lock, which is a basic necessity for any guest. This lack of privacy was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Adding to the dismay, the room reeked of a musty rain smell that was impossible to ignore. It's disheartening to think that a hotel would subject its guests to such an unpleasant environment. Moreover, the ordeal I faced after trying to cancel my reservation was equally frustrating. After speaking to Agoda's customer care and receiving assurance of a full refund due to the unsatisfactory conditions, I initiated the cancellation process. However, despite multiple calls and follow-ups, the refund was initially denied by Agoda. It was only after persistent efforts that the refund was credited, but shockingly, it was in the form of Agoda cash, not in my bank account. This entire experience reflects a severe lack of professionalism, disregard for guest well-being, and misleading practices by both the hotel and the travel agency. I am deeply disappointed by the way this matter was handled and the overall service quality provided. I strongly advise fellow travelers to think twice before considering a stay at Atlanta Beach Resort booking through Agoda. Such experiences leave a lasting negative impression and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend either the hotel or the booking agency based on my personal encounter.
Had a pleasant stay in this resort. The room rate is reasonable and hotel staff is very helpful. There's many amenities provided. The swimming pool is nice.
Good rooms in reasonable budget. Near to calangute beach approx 10 min walking distance. Resairant food in hotel is also good. non AC rooms are ok not that bad but AC rooms are good.
It was a very nice experience here in the Resort. The main thing is it's located in a very good area. The staffs are friendly and will guide you properly. Then the other things is the the breakfast is just amazing. I have done my breakfast everyday here in the resort and i assure you guys that even u will like it. The pool is the plus point which was the best thing to do in free times. The rooms are also good enough according the the price ranges. Also it is safe in inside the resort and you have spend your free time walking around the resort. In all it is a very good stay place

If at all u all come to goa dont ever come to this hotel as service is pathetic and its called beach resort and not beach side but inside city , pool also not working and room is so unhygienic and so dirty and old , even power goes off and we have to Suffocate without fan also as no power backup also and even if u checkin early hours next day 10 am onwards they pressure u so much to checkout even after multiple requests asking to give little more time till 12 am they dont agree and wantedly keeo knocking the door please guys avoid this hotel at any cost
