Place is well maintained. If you are visiting expo mart then it's 7mins from that place. The food quality is not upto mark. Guest house is located in kind of secluded area but no worries if you are inside the property. Not advisable to roam around post 11 pm
The place is located conveniently, but it is not easy to find. There is another Atithi house in the vicinity and maps always shows that one. In addition the rooms are not well maintained. I went in winter and there was no heating and many geysers were not working. Cleanliness was also not the best. There was also lack of adequate warm bedding. Food was decent but took a long time to come as staff is not adequate.
